The stars at Cranberry & Rose are butter and sugar. Not just in cakes but in pastries, cookies, pies, brownies, candies. Our menu contains many tried and true favorites as well as some with a twist on the traditional recipe to give that special flavor profile.

How we got here
I point the finger at COVID! With no bread in the store, I started baking it. Bread turned into bagels and bagels turned into beignets. At some point, my lifetime love for sugar and creating sweet treats turned into a passion. Now, you'll find us baking out of the Incubator Kitchen Collective in Covington, KY.
Our Process
Cranberry & Rose is a small batch bakery focusing on quality, freshness and unique and custom made items. From selecting the best ingredients to decorating the finished product, every step of our baking process is done by hand. We take the time to ensure that every item that leaves our bakery is of the highest quality.
